MRF Order Creation Overview

All creation and maintenance of MRF orders and quotes begins with the MRF Order Creation screen.

To create and maintain MRF orders and quotes, you need to complete these steps:

1. Either:

• create a new MRF order or quote – refer to "Creating a New MRF Order or Quote"
• recall an existing MRF order or quote – refer to "Recalling an MRF Order or Quote".

2. Enter or maintain the order header details.

3. Optionally, load a debtor contract into the order or quote.

4. Add or maintain the items on the order or quote.

5. Edit other details of the order or quote if required.

6. Manage the completed order or quote, e.g. print an invoice or quote.
